The room was filthy: the toilet had stains, the table had spilled drink on it, and the bed sheets were very dirty. Overall, the room was a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly. When I went to the reception to show them the pictures, the staff seemed annoyed and suggested that perhaps the cleaning lady had not come. They eventually gave me another room, which was slightly better, but still not acceptable. I had no choice but to book another hotel and leave this one. DO NOT BOOK – this is misleading advertising. "

"We didn't eat there as we went on weekend and the restaurant was closed, but was a 5 star stay and we plan to go back. We didn't heard any noise for the 3 nights we stayed. A lot of space for the children. A little bit of tv to entertain them before we went out or before sleep. Amazing"
