"The staff was on point with us, always asking if we needed anything and prepared to assist. The rooms were very clean. We were given fresh water every morning & a cute dessert every afternoon in the room. We were offered free breakfast and teatime buffet both were very tasty and offered a great selection of both food and drinks. The only negative is that there are a few areas needing touch up, ie: one of the doors in our room was broken. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"We spent several nights at the Orchid Hotel. Outside of the chaos of central DaLat, anywhere you want to go is a quick Grab ride away. The room we had was bright, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Our little balcony afforded stunning sunset views. Daily maid service is a nice touch too. The staff arranged a private car and driver to take us out to some out-of-the-way waterfalls at our own pace. Laundry service was also a great plus. We do not eat breakfast so I can't comment on the daily breakfast buffet. I wish all of Vietnam's hotels in this price range were this perfect. I would stay here again. Highly recommended."
