Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Horrible service
Lack of daily services although reminded.
Bath towels looked filthy. Not enough toilet paper. No room telephone. Unannounced additional charge (100,000 VN đồng or approx. US $4 per night for a room with window and a tiny balcony). No coffee or tea provided. Two star is the generous rating for this hotel. In short: its services should be 5/10 or less. Note also that the first room I checked in had pillows and bed sheet appeared to be used by someone not very long time before me with spots looked like blood stain.

Chambre : à moitié propre, sans chauffage.
Emplacement : recommandé de réserver un scooter via l’hôtel car il y a trop de monté/descente, pas pratique à pied. Centre ville très mignon avec le lac, quartier animé.
Personnel : très réactif, agréable
