"at check in i got a no-star room receptionist manager said the hotel is fully booked even i booked 4 weeks before arriving. after very strong complaining and i wanted to talk to hotel manager , i got suddenly a better room . i think the reception supervisor did lie. On the next day the hotel manager came back from a trip and asking for excusing for mistakte of her employee. i think the front manager must be sent home"
