I loved my stay at Banana Garden Villa. It was so lovely. The staff were all so amazing and very accommodating. They advised us on the best places to eat, get tailored clothes and helped us book tickets for boat rides and the Hoi An history culture play. Anything I needed they did provided - all with a warm smile that made you feel at home. I definitely recommend. It’s a few minute bike ride (which they provide) and an easy walk to the old town area. I went for a swim and breakfast was amazing! You need to come here!! Thank you so much

Really close to old town and bike usage was great! Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We didn’t have any hot water during our trip in our room and workout area is a treadmill and bike on fake grass in a small room. Really liked how close it is to the action.

Very nice 2 br family suite. To be clear, our family suite was two large adjoining rooms with a queen plus full bed in each room. In retrospect, we could have easily had our family of 2 adults, 2 kids in one of these rooms, so take this in consideration when booking. Like-new rooms/beds here, and large balconies. The staff is great, very friendly and accommodating, we were greeted with fresh juice while we checked in and all requests were quickly granted. Two pools, and the included breakfast buffet was really quite good with made to order eggs, pho, and a variety of local and western-style options. The location was fine, a bit out of the center of Hoi An. Definitely walkable but expect about 20 minutes to get to the main area. Transport via Grab very easy and affordable though.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und hat einen super Service. Speisen/ Getränke sind gut und günstig. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich man fühlt sich wirklich wie ein Urlauber. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und gepflegt. Definitiv ein guter Anlaufpunkt wenn man in Hoi An unterwegs ist!

This hotel was above our expectations considering the price per night at aus$35 per night. The room was huge with a balcony. It had a king bed and a king single. The room was very clean. The property had two pools. The included breakfast was nice. It was in easy walkinng distance to town and had complimentary bicycles for exploring. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We loved everything about this property. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. The lovely gentleman who helped with bags etc was amazing also. The rooms were spacious and suited our short stay. My granddaughter loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to our friends. HoiAn is our favourite destination in Vietnam. Thanks again to the wonderful workers at the Banana Garden Villa.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and feel the hotel is very good value for what you spend. That being said, we did find that the photos of the hotel are a bit misleading. Cons: there was water damage and mold, in the bathroom and into the bedroom (we travelled with two other couples who had the same in their rooms) and many of the pool loungers are ripped. Our keycard wasn’t working properly and we had to wait a few minutes while the door beeped every time we tried to get into our room, other rooms didn’t have this issue, and the hotel was aware of this and did get it fixed on our last day. Our friends all had inconsistent hot water throughout the stay as well. Pros: the rooms are large and spacious, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had bikes that we could borrow, which was a lot of fun and super convenient and the breakfast had a good spread of options and really yummy banana pancakes. The hotel was also great with helping us to organize tours and transport

There was transport from the airport towards the hotel even though we were arriving late. The room is big and clean. The area itself is relatively quiet and in a 15min walk you are in the ancient town. Good location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Our 5 night stay here was enjoyable. The property is really good value for money. All the staff were very helpful, even arranging laundry by the kg and tours for us. Breakfast had great selection with an on demand egg/pancake bar. Old quarter was about a 20 min walk along the river which felt safe to walk along even after 9 or 10 pm. You can start to see the wear and tear of the building (our AC was set to 16 but the room never really got below 22-24), but aside from that, would stay again!

Nice hotel, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, hot water, and amenities in case you forgot something. Bikes are available to use but could use a bit of maintenance nothing serious yet though. Enjoyed my stay.

Terrific stay at the Banana Garden! Staff is friendly and generous about breakfast and pool hours. It was easy to get laundry done and they gave me info about the area in English. I would definitely stay here again! Please note that the location is a 15 minute walk from the interesting part of town. Not a problem for me and they give you free bikes to use during your stay.

Great hotel and lovely staff
the Staff are ready to help and are really friendly. The hotel is extremely clean and breakfast offering was perfect. However there is a water issue in Block 3 that pressure on the cold water keeps dropping meaning that the shower changed from normal temperature to extremely hot in 1 second. Its dangerous and makes using the shower impossible. If that was fixed this hotel would easily get 10 out of 10 from me

Nice room with a couple of drawbacks : Room 306 is on the fourth floor and no lift. A cockerel just across the road is very loud. The water is pressure pumped and alternates the shower from warm to very hot. The place is clean, well kept with a reasonable breakfast. The hotel offers good value overall.

A nossa estadia foi perfeita. Chegamos antes das 8 da manhã e fomos recebidos pelo senhor Canh, que nos ofereceu um café quente e reconfortante para quem passou a noite toda viajando. O nosso check in foi antecipado para ao meio dia. O café da manhã é muito bom, um buffet bem variado com frutas, pães, ovos, bacon, salsicha e várias opções vietnamitas. O quarto é bem amplo, limpo e com roupa de cama confortável. A falta da toalha de rosto chama atenção pelo o que hotel oferece. O hotel fica 20 minutos de caminhada pela beira rio do centro de Hoi An antigo. O hotel cobrou 3% para pagamento no cartão dos extras.

Such an amazing stay at Banana Garden. Upon entering we felt right at home being greeted with some fresh juice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Every day they cleaned and supplied water. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices and a great omelette station. Great location close enough to walk to the tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. Overall exceptional value.

The hotel provided us two spacious adjoining rooms, which was perfect for our group of 5. Our family of four traveled with my mother. This hotel offered one of the best breakfast buffets, with local dishes as well as food for Westerners. We only needed two meals a day, because the breakfasts was so hearty. This is a comfortable and family-friendly hotel.

The property is very well located, close to Hoi An downtown and main attractions. What I appreciated most was the staff's extreme kindness and helpfulness. We forgot our wintercoats in the room after checkout, and they helped us to get them back by giving them to a driver we hired, and brought them back to another city (where we were after Hoi An). One day we missed breafast as we visited a temple, and the staff gave us pancakes and coffee even outside the allocated time. I had a truly great experience at this hotel, the staff is amazing.

Very helpful friendly staff, good assortment of breakfast, nice area to lounge by the pool and offer free bike’s for a ride into town wich is not far. All in all a really nice place for the price
