Một khách sạn thật sự tuyệt vời! Phòng rất đẹp với view biển tuyệt vời Hồ vô cực đẹp và có thể ngắm toàn cảnh thành phố lẫn đường bờ biển dài Thức ăn rất ngon và hợp khẩu vị, có khá nhiều lựa chọn Nhân viên nhiệt tình và rất hiếu khách! Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời!

Tôi khá thích không gian ờ đây, yên tĩnh, thoải mái, thích hợp để nghỉ dưỡng, du lịch. Khách sạn cũng gần biển và khu mua sắm nên cũng rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Phòng ốc thì tôi thấy khá sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi, giường khá êm. Nhân viên còn rất nhiệt tình nữa.

I went on business at this hotel. The first thing impressed me is friendly staff. They are so kind and I could check-in smoothly. The pool at the rooftop so awesome and bakery in breakfast so good. What a nice trip.

The room was amazing. We had a junior suite. It was nice coming home to a clean spacious room every day and fresh bottled water. Only problem was it was really noisy so needed ear plugs to sleep. The breakfast buffet was average / not super fresh but had plenty of variety. It was easy to check in and check out. Easy to book Grabs from and easy location to access local restaurants / the beach.

Our restroom smelled like an outhouse, our pillowcase and bedsheet was not cleaned and had dirty marks upon our arrival. The elevator was small, dirty and smelly. Breakfast cafe was cold, some staff was okay but some while others could be better. Front desk was really unorganize… had my passport with another guests information. Feedback: Need updated system for front desk and not deal with paperwork. Staff could be more attentive and provide better service. The rooms needs to be cleaned and changed before guests arrival.

I loved that its was 3mins walk to the beach. Beautiful decor lobby. Greeted by gentleman name Hoa with a big smile and welcoming. Offered a refreshing drink while waiting to checked-in. Frontdesk lady name Quyen with friendly smile greeted me. She was so professional and polite. She knew my Vietnamese wouldn't up to par, so she spoken English instead to make sure all my questions were answered. I ended up staying only 2nights here. Room was unreal, minus that I had to look at some restaurant grass backyard as my first view. 😃 Wish I had stayed here 4 days before. Will definitely stayed here in the future. This hotel breakfast is top notch, I pretty much ate bfast,lunch and supper all in the span of 4hrs. I didnt, but could of. Overall, I was pleased with all service that this hotel offered. I do recommend anyone coming to Da Nang to checkout this magnificent hotel. Can't go wrong with 3mins walk to the beach. Thank you again Cicilia!!!

The overall impression is not bad in terms of cleanliness, breakfast and the convenient location. However, they did not give me the room I booked (Premium Twin) at first but a much smaller room with no bathtub and balcony (Deluxe Twin). The receptionist advised me that what are shown in photos are for reference only, meaning not all the amenities I can see from the photos are guaranteed. But travelers can only distinguish different rooms by looking at the photos. They turned out to have offered two alternative options as I did not accept their first arrangement. The alternatives were better but they were unable to arrange one with a balcony because these rooms were all "fully booked". I was quite disappointed as I paid for both the bathtub and balcony. I had a strong feeling that they would like me to pay extra to upgrade instantly. Also, the floor in the shower room was extremely slippery that I fell down during my shower in the first night of my stay. Users please be careful. When I asked a receptionist for recommendations on local tours, s/he just responded that the weather is not good recently without providing further information.

Better than expected!!!
The position is very strategic, the staff, especially the one at the reception, made the experience so memorable.Breakfast buffet very rich in variety, especially for the fresh fruits. The staff at the restaurant very kind. For sure I ‘ ll be back, have pleanty of good reasons.

good location, service could be improved
2 min to beach. Location is in an up and coming area with lots of renovation works around. Booked a junior suite room with sea view and was given a room that looked entirely different from the pictures and not as pleasing. Was told that there were 3 different design/layout for the junior suite. Requested for change of room and waited an hour for the replacement. Overall service was okay. Polite staff but did not deliver on certain requests eg. Delivery of the afternoon tea set to the room. Asked for it to be sent at 5pm and left in the room while we were out but it was never delivered.

服务态度总体不错，没有对国人的差别对待。离海滩近，但外面在修路所以交通不便 尘土飞扬。早餐品种较多，满足东西方各种需求。标间有个缺点是床宽度太窄。另外卫生间没有干湿分离，洗完澡一地水也很麻烦。
