Dear Guest, Before responding, we want to remind you once again of the cancellation policy - 48 hours. Changing plan is unacceptable so please do not make up the issue as the review. As you told, booking site interfered with the case and we believe that to this conclusion, they work based on the evidence. If we had BUGs and If you saw the guests who got them, why did you not answer us the time you witnessed that we could check the camera to bring your problem to light? If you have nothing sure about the travel plan, please do NOT book anything. Regards
