UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE OWNER (RECEPTIONIST)
The Owner / Receptionist is SUPER RUDE and LOUD for no reason, when she actually overlooked about my reservation, instead of feeling sorry, she acted furious and pretend that was nothing to do with her. My reservation done through Hotels.com, and she insisted she did not sell the room to Hotels.com, when the booking is fully paid 2 weeks before by credit card and she even emailed me twice before my arrival to offer airport transfer and her tour packages. I explained nicely to her about the booking and showed her all the emails for the proof but she did not want to listen and kept raising her voice even after I warned her to calm down. I have to waste my time looking for other accommodation because she resell the room that I’ve booked for to other walk-in guest. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT RECOMMENDED!
