My perspective is a western traveller without children. The room was clean, and comfortable. Staff were excellent, and provided service, and assistance that any foreign traveller would be happy with. I extended my stay by one night and accidentally booked my additional night for an incorrect date. Reception staff assisted me to correct the booking without any hesitation or issues. If you are a traveller without children you may want to limit your stay to weeknights. In weekends they have special pricing for locals and the resort fills up with families. If you are bringing children, then definitely come on the weekend. They will have fun.

외국 관광객보단 베트남 사람들이 이용하는 숙소에요. 인피니티 풀 강뷰라 너무 멋지고 숙소가 다 독채라 가족여행으로 딱이었어요. 숙소 컨디션 전반적으로 청결이나 뷰, 인테리어 등 다 마음에 들었는데 특유의 그... 향신료 향? 같은게 좀 있어요. 숙소안에서 음식해먹을 수 없는데 ㅋㅋ아이러니하게 주방이 있고 물은 그냥 마셨는데 음료수 같은건 다 미니바 이용해서 먹어야 한대서 좀 불편했어요. 조식에 쌀국수 국물은 고수를 넣고 끓였는지 고수 빼주세요. 불가능하고, 테마파크가 옆이라 입장이 무료지만 차량이 이동 할 수 있는 다리는 하나뿐이고 좁아요. 올드타운이나 야시장갈땐 돌아돌아 다녀야 했어요. 그랩 부르는 것도 좀 여유롭게 불러서 왔다 갔다 했어요. 전반적으로 매우 만족하고 아쉬운건 그저 아쉬울뿐 재방문 의사 100% 있어요.

Very helpful staff. The toilet would not shut off. Asked twice but it was not fixed. Quite expensive for what was on offer but it was very quiet!
