Would Stay Here Again

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. The location was about 30min walk out from the old town, which was nice in terms of price and quietness. Property is absolutely beautiful and the room was nice and clean. Service was fantastic and they were extremely helpful in helping us print a last minute bus ticket that we forgot to do in town. The breakfast was better than most we've experienced in Vietnam. Laundry service was prompt (same day turn) and well priced. Only complaint was that the bed mattress seemed a bit worn, as we were able to feel some wonky springs when sleeping. Would stay here again next time we visit Hoi An.

An excellent place to stay

Absolutely excellent place! The included breakfast is very good, and the restaurant is top notch for all meals. They make the most delicious green papaya salad I have had anywhere in Asia. The people who work here are courteous, caring, and attentive. Quite delightful. When I am again in Vietnam, I will stay here I recommend this place unequivocally.

Beautiful and clean

Gorgeous villa that is not too centrally located. Within 2-3km of both the beach and the old quarters. The room we originally paid for via Expedia was not reserved and were given a different rooms. I asked for a refund for the different in room prices and was received upon checkout.

Stay here for the right reasons

The owners of this hotel/homestay are trying really hard to improve the lives of their community with trainees working across the business and English classes, so you may need to have some patience as errors can occur. Overall it is a very nice, well located, friendly place to stay. The small rooms are very small and the hot water for a shower can be unreliable in the upstairs rooms during the morning when many people are using it. We would recommend staying here, eating in the restaurant and relaxing on your balcony over looking the gardens

Beaute des lieux

Nous avons ete enchantés de l'acceuil et de la qualite de l'hébergement. Les chambres sont aménagées avec gout et confort. De plus, l'hôtel est entre le centre ville et la plage, parfait pour les déplacements en vélo. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Fantastisk ophold

Her får man virkelig værdig for pengene! Supergodt ophold. God værtinde, som taler fint engelsk og er til at stole på. Billige motorcykler og et virkelig fint værelse. Alt i alt et skønt lille hotel. Her kan man være her i lang tid:-)

Absolutely amazing

This was by far the best place I stayed in Vietnam, and for the same price as I paid everywhere else. Excellent value. The room was incredible - a beautiful and comfortable room with a private balcony that overlooks the garden - but with enough tree cover to maintain total privacy. Peaceful, serene, comfortable... only a few of the words that describe this place. And the staff were amazing as well - they helped me book tours, train and bus, all for very reasonable prices. Laundry was about a dollar a kilogram, and they recommended the best tailor and food spots in town. Would highly recommend to anyone! And breakfast was great too! 5+ stars, for a very reasonable price.

Sweet and charming stay

I've never had such superb hospitality! It was a great experience and we very much enjoyed our stay. Although the hotel isn't in the most central location, I didn't mind it too much. It allowed me to bike to all the locations I wanted to visit. It's a 10-15 minute bike ride from the hotel to Cua Dai beach (depending on how quick and athletic you are)... but you'd think it's a short ride since you'd be so captivated by the city scene and charm that it goes by quick. The hotel villa is so very cute and you definitely feel like you're at home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious (offers western and authentic vietnamese food) and of course Vietnamese coffee. I plan on visiting Hoi An again, and when I do I will be returning to this Hotel Villa. Thanks so much for the pleasant stay!

A wonderful little guesthouse perfectly located a 10 minute cycle to both the beach and the old town. Great value for money.. The quality of the rooms far exceed what you would expect from the price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast.
