We really enjoyed our stay at Monarque Hotel. The hotel was delightful, ornate & beautiful & very opulent! The afternoon tea was delicious & the cakes looked almost too good to eat! Service was impeccable. The pool was clean & so were the rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Thank you!

Absolutely loved this hotel! I would stay here anytime I’m in Da Nang. The staff was so accommodating and nice. My first room was by the elevator and I told them I work US time while there so it’s too loud hearing kids & people going on/ off the elevator. They upgraded my room to such a quiet floor. Anything I needed they made sure I was comfortable. The hotel is beautiful & very clean. Thank you to Anita & the young bartender on the 12th floor!

Beautiful hotel close to My An beach with lots of choice of beachside bars and restaurants. The service was amazing and all the staff were just wonderful and professional. the rooms are really nice and both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. I will stay again as soon as possible!

Where do we start? This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever been to! The property is gorgeous with a luxurious aesthetic and it’s conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. The staff members were so hospitable, warm and friendly. Erica and Anita were extremely helpful and attended to all of our needs. The food was delicious and we loved the afternoon tea. We highly recommend Monarque and can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, right next to the beach, and delicious breakfasts! Everyone on staff is so kind. Clara especially was lovely and helpful. It’s hard to overstate how solicitous and service-oriented the staff are. They had bottles of water for us nearly every time we left. They inquired about our stay and our plans for the day, offering expert advice about schedule and itinerary. We took a day trip to Hoi An and didn’t follow the advice we were given. Our mistake, their suggested itinerary would have been much better than the daylong trip we took.

Amazing hotel with amazing service

This hotel is amazing. It feels like a luxury experience. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is nice and the rooftop bar is so pretty. The best part of the experience is the staff. They are so helpful and go out of their way to help you or make you feel comfortable. Dory was amazing and made me feel at home. If I come back to Da Nang I will only stay at this hotel. One critique would be for the hotel to become an adult only hotel. All the children I met there were misbehaved, running around and screaming. I would pay double if the hotel didn't allow children.

First class hotel in excellent location.

My wife and I have just spent 10 nights at the Monarque, an exceptional hotel - the best we have experienced in our extensive world travels Staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional. Big thanks to everyone, but especially Alice, Gaga, Vung, Rose, Erica, Amy and Jolie at reception, and Anna, the dining room manager. Our Deluxe twin room was lovely, being spacious and comfortable with good aircon, super comfy beds, selection of English TV channels, cold fridge, reliable WIFI and excellent bathroom and shower. We were also upgraded to a seaview room for 3 nights and it was even better, being super spacious and affording a nice view of the sea and beach. Our room rate included afternoon tea with a fantastic selection of tasty cakes, salad rolls and sandwiches. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous; with a huge no of choices to suit western and asian tastes, and everything was continually topped up until finishing time. The dining room was beautifully furnished, well laid out, and plenty big enough for all guests. Staff were also extremely attentive, promptly clearing empty plates etc. The rooftop pool was a decent size and great spot to cool off. There are only 6 lounge chairs, but we usually managed to get a couple. Location is perfect, being across the road from the beach and promenade, and close to many restaurants (Family Indian is great) and mini marts.The hotel also provides free pushbikes. We would certainly recommend the Monarque Hotel. It is fantastic!!
