Beautifully appointed property with spectacular pool and beach access. Rooms so clean and spacious. Bed linen and pillows so comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. So glad we stayed in HoiAn beach area rather than DaNang. Old town a very easy grab ride away and we went in most days and to enjoy the markets and night lantern vibes. Would definitely stay here again

Family had stayed in this hotel and recommended it. A lovely hotel. The staff were friendly. Great breakfast. My room was large and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful. It was well located with free shuttle bus into Hoi An. I would love to return here.

Nice beachside hotel a short taxi ride from centre of Hoi An. Has shuttle service. High standard of housekeeping and hospitality nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Lovely gardens and I had a spacious room with a nice bathroom.

Fantastic stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and fresh. Pool was amazing! Resort areas well maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Beach bar has great cocktails and food menu was good. Private beach was nice and clean. Massage in the spa was lovely!

Really amazing place - I read some reviews about the age of the place and was a bit worried. Nothing to be worried about, the place is spotless and well maintained. The breakfast is great and the staff very friendly and relaxed. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was terrific, so friendly and informative. I really felt as they wanted us to enjoy every minute. It just happen to be my birthday and staff brought by cake and flowers to our bungalow. It was superbly service. Mr VY, Mr Thien, and May were wonderful, aways happy. The whole staff was great. We are already thinking when we can get back to Palm Garden Resort - it was absolutely beautiful! Job well done!

Dissapointing stay

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed in Bungalow 401 which was one of the most premium room types available. Unfortunately the bathroom had a substantial leak on arrival & the first night we were unable to sleep due to rainwater leaking into the bungalow. In the subsequent night, one of the hotel handymen were undertaking repairs of the roof of the bungalow so we were unable to sleep. Cleanliness was sub-par with sandy floors & several pests (incl. a cockroach) within the hotel. We rarely (if ever) post negative reviews but felt obligated to do so considering our overall poor stay. I wouldn't recommend a trip here. Happy to share videos.

Check in : Very quick and prompt. There is a welcome lounge with refreshment served. If it’s raining they will send you with a buggy. My Room : bungalow by the sea was truly stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony chair. You can just sit and laze around. Dining : 2 restaurants. Breakfast buffet served is extensive. Enough food for everyone. Ala carte menu has good choices. Taste wise, just average. Area : Opposite street has got some shops which I did not visit. I was very happy with staying in. Transport : to Hoi a city shuttle is provided. Few timings. Staff : All are very friendly. They understand enough English to get by. Pool : Quite big. It’s a dipping pool not so deep to swim. Spa : There is one but we didn’t go for it. Try citrus spa. They will pick u up. Top notch massages and service. I was on my anniversary trip. They decor the room as seen in the photo. Present a cake for us and a special drink. A very special moment for us. Thank you Palm gardens.
