4인가족여행 매우만족합니다 시설도 비교적 괜찮고 직원들이 엄청친절했습니다 2층페밀리룸 사용했는데 룸2개 더블침대 4개 화장실도 2개 쉬는데는 아주~좋음!! 작은 풀장도있고 호이안여행시 위치도 좋고 바로 강옆이라 전망도 좋음!! 체크아웃시 택시예약도 시간이 정확하여 편하게 다낭으로 건너왔습니다 호이안여행시 추천할만합니다

Good stay

A nice and big room with the lake view. The tricky part is not to book the cheapest room,as it has no windows, but pay a bit extra to get the lake view rooms. Great breakfast and close to the city center, but not to close.

Easy going riverside hotel.

This was a lovely spot by the side of the river. It felt like we were there out of season. The hotel were very hospitable on arrival and rearranged our booking to rooms that were more suitable for our family which was very helpful. The market/ main old town is a short walk over the bridge (narrow pavements though) so the location is very handy.

期待していただけに残念

予約したタイプの部屋が他の予約でいっぱいだったようで、ダウングレードの部屋になった。 チェックイン時から、いろんなツアーの営業をしてきて面倒くさい。 ホテルの通路での会話や階段の昇り降りの音が部屋まで聞こえて来て非常にうるさい。 朝食会場は、8時半頃に行くとほぼ食べるモノがなくなっている。追加する気もないようだ。 フォーを提供してくれる小柄な年配女性の愛想がとても良いところが唯一の救いである。 部屋には、小さなクモがたくさんいて虫好きには飽きない部屋である。 そこそこ納得出来るほどの温度のお湯は出ないし、一見キレイに見えるバスタブだがぬめりがすごい。バスタブの掃除に慣れていないだけかもしれない。 wifiは、まぁまぁで各部屋ごとにある。 ホテルから旧エリアまで行く為の橋の歩道が1人分しかなく、大きな荷物を持って渡るのは大変危険。Vin Martみたいな値段が表示されていて安心できる店は、橋を渡らないといけないので不便。 ナイトマーケットまでは、意外に距離がある。 チェックアウト時にも、どこへ行くのかと聞かれ「空港だ」と返事すると有料の空港送迎を勧誘してくる。旧エリア街の至るところで、約550円でホテルからピックアップして空港まで送ってくれるホイアンエクスプレスの予約が簡単に出来るので、よほどのことがない限り不要だと思う。

Gute Lage zur Altstadt

Leider wurden wir bei der Ankunft mal wieder enttäuscht da wir ein ganz anderes Zimmer erhalten haben, welches wir gar nicht gebucht hatten. Angeblich sollte es ein Upgrade des Hotels gewesen sein, jedoch hatten wir uns eigentlich für das deluxe Zimmer entschieden da uns das saubere Bad wichtig erschien. Leider roch es in dem Zimmer sehr muffig und man sah auch viel Schimmel an den Wänden, egal ob im Bad oder im Schlafzimmer. Zum Glück hatten wir nur zwei Nächte gebucht....

Super bien placé

L'hôtel est tres bien placé, proche de la zone piétone de la vieille ville et du centre! Plusieurs restaurants proches! L'hôtel est très joli et les chambres spacieuses et propres! Personnel très gentil et très discret .... ils sont disponibles sur demande! Dommage que la réception n'ai pas réussi à nous trouver un guide francophone! J'y retournerais très volontiers!

The best thing to say about this hotel is the location. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the ancient town. I stayed in the Superior room that was supposed to have a countryside view – the only thing visible from the window was a building block and the window did not open. Bathroom had large visible signs of mould and the smell was overwhelming. I had sore throat/itchy eyes while staying in the room and did not sleep very well. Breakfast was average at best. Buffet style. Dairy products – cheese, milk, butter displayed in +30 degrees without being cooled properly. No fresh bread and no baguettes. Fruit selection had flies in it. The saving grace was freshly made omelettes. I would take my money somewhere else – there are much better options.

Nice stay

Decent property for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Faculties not fancy but very clean and acceptable. The only thing I would do differently is not stay in the rooms just outside lobby. Noisy overnight group one night and sound carries too much. But I'm sure on the exterior or by pool it is fine.

Just Ok...

The area is quiet yet very close to the main action of Hoi An. The breakfast buffet was average. My most disappointing experience was with the bathroom. Water was running at the bottom of the tub and the staff was unable to address the situation. I had a mini flood in my bathroom during my 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would still recommend this place but expect average accommodations and venue.

great location, away from the busy old town. lovely gardens. we had 38 degrees every day, so with the pools in full sun there was no relief in bathing in hot water. breakfast was huge supply, but not the best we had in our 3 week Vietnam stay, but not our worst either. would stay again.

Hotel close to main attraction but ....

We arrived late due to huge thunderstorms in Hanoi. Having checked in and shown to our room at 02.00 in the morning the air con didn't work. An engineer came out and decided it was broken. We were given a family room for the night which was noisy, soulless and with a very hard bed. We were were woken by the 5 am wailing of some music which I think is a daily ritual and then there was the breakfast at 9.00. Well sought of breakfast. Not much choice not well presented and not particularly nice. The staff appeared so disinterested to satisfy their customers. The pool was nice but was in need of some repair around the pool. Broken tiles, very heavy sun loungers, not enough room for the people who were there. All this is a shame because with a little investment the resort has far more potential.

落ち着く最高のホテル

ダナン旅行のついでのつもりでホイアンに2泊3日滞在しました。 数あるホテルの中から選んだ決め手は、立地の良さとレビューを見て評価が良かったので決めました。 立地は旧市街があるところから橋を渡ってすぐのところにあるので、歩いて旧市街まで行くことができます。 リバーサイドにあるので静かで、朝食の風景も最高に良いです。朝食もテラス席で美味しく頂きました。 スタッフの方々もとても親切で、レストランの予約をしてくれたり、タクシーの手配もスムーズにしてくれました。 部屋の清掃も窓までしっかり拭いてくれているようで、毎日綺麗です。 ホイアンの町もとても素敵だったので次回もここに泊まりたいです！

The staff were lovely, but the rooms were dank with visible signs of mould. The smell of mould was overwhelming. I asked, and received, another room but it still had a slight odour. The river flooded earlier, but i think the rooms were brought back onto the market too early. Mould can be very unhealthy. For several days i did struggle with a sore throat that improved once I checked out. perhaps a coincidence?

We had a nice stay. The place is well located, and the service and personel is great. The hotel is a few minutes from the old town, which is a wonderful place. Unfortunately there was a bit noisy around our room, and the water in the pool was a bit too cold for our child.

Know what you booked

There was suppose to be a shuttle to the beach. When we asked we were told to take a taxi. We were given a less than superior room originally at check in not the river view room I had seen on internet it also had no wifi. After several hours we were moved to the room I had booked. That room was perfect and a great view of the river.

호텔 이름 잘 보시길. '포 호이 호텔'과 혼돈됨. 예약은 '포 호이 리버 사이드 리조트' 로 했는데 현지에 오니 호텔 203호를 주는데 창가로 보이는 것은 아무 것도 없습니다.총 3박 예약했는데 어제 1박하고 지금 2박 진행 중 입니다. 속은 기분입니다.호 텔 장난인지? 호텔닷컴의 장난인지? 하여튼 호텔 닷컴을 이제 막 애용하기로 작정 했는데 실망이 큽니다.
