Tuy nhiên bạn đòi hỏi quá cao với một khách sạn nhỏ, nên chúng tôi nghĩ bạn nên đến một khách sạn lớn và bỏ nhiều tiền hơn để có một bữa sáng thịnh soạn hơn. Tất cả khách hàng của chúng tôi đều yêu thích bữa sáng của chúng tôi phục vụ, bạn là người duy nhất nói vậy. Có lẽ nên bỏ thêm nhiều tiền để nhận được những dịch vụ bữa ăn cao hơn tại các khách sạn lớn. Và chúng tôi cũng xin lỗi vì sự bất tiện này. Nhà vệ sinh chỉ có bạn ngửi thấy mùi cống, chúng tôi không hiểu tại sao? Nhưng bạn không thích thì chúng tôi cũng xin lỗi

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was spacious with great air conditioning. Shower was decent with no issues with hot water. No issues with noise. Found the bed to be a little hard for our taste. We had a room on the second floor. Breakfast was small but very good. Staff are great. So friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

Good location on the river.great friendly staff,always greet me by my name.The only problem I had was the air-conditioning, set for 18c the lowest but took at least 3-4 hours to cool the room.

We had the chance to meet Hien, who did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is not a big hotel with 200 rooms and you can clearly see the difference. I would really recommend this place if you are looking for a conveninent and amazing location. I would come back without a doubt if I'm in the area again.

Great location for walking or relaxing and to watch the brightly lit up boats parading up and down the river. The location is very good as are the staff.

Location is a little bit inconvenience because of a little bit far from Hoi An old town. But the staff service is very good and kind. There are many bars and restaurants around the hotel, so it is good you to prefer quiet place. Plus I can be available YUGOC service in this hotel. It is also plus point for me.

Beautiful setting for this hotel, right on the riverside, and within walking distance of the old town. Hien made us feel so welcome and gave us tips on shops to visit and activities to do while in Hoi An. She even hand wrote a list of information for us to keep and looked after us like a mother for the whole of our stay.

This was a great experience for me. The hotel is small...I think 11 rooms...and it sits right on the river with a walking path (paved) along the river that leads to the old market in Hoi An. The staff...well, I would marry them if I could. They were such a delight and were so helpful to me in finding restaraunts, optometrist, and motorcycle rental at a moments notice. Free breakfast every morning, which was always followed by me sitting in the outdoor eating area and watching the boats going by. And the most touching part...when it was time for me to go to the airport, my ride showed up and the staff followed me out to the car and said goodbye.

Fantastic nice place and good location. The staff are super nice and do everything to please the guests and helps to plan sightseeing tours. We will definitely come again. You can rent bicycles and the location is nearby rice fields and basket boats.

Very lovely hotel within walking distance to the old town. You can either walk along the river or through the town. Room is large and clean. As per the photos, the shower / toilet are separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass which might be off putting for some. Breakfast option and dining room are great. It includes a small buffet as well as made to order eggs, pancakes. The lady at the reception is very savvy about everything in Hoi An. Lovely to relax by the pool. Definitely recommend this boutique hotel versus cheaper options available in the new part of Hoi An town.

Great place just outside the ancient town
Riverside Whitehouse was a great place to stay just outside the hussle and bussle of the ancient town. It is an easy walk into town. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included breads, fruit, and cook to order eggs, pancakes and other food. The staff was very helpful in recommending specific tours, restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend staying here! My attic room was perfect (although I didnt have a balcony view) for me. Note there is no elevator, so access to all rooms are via stairs.

Fabulous boutique hotel with the best staff!! They are so friendly and helpful with whatever you need! Breakfast is fresh made with lots of choices. The hotel was right on the river, very convenient to ancient town. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of delicious fresh fruit. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay - loved Hoi An.
What a fantastic hotel for both location and service. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Wonderful hotel staff! So pleasant and made our stay so inviting. Location was awesome. Beautiful patio with the river right next to us. Bed was a little hard which, for my husband wasn’t ideal, but we would stay again if in the area!! Great value!!

Hi Song Lee????Hot water is working good, we just asked the current customer. Maybe you didn’t wait for it comes. It takes 30s till 1m for hot water comes.The drain is anti-odor so it will drain more slowly if you drain it like rain. Not to mention your hair falls in there. You should open the dry mode, because this time is so humid because the cold win from the northWe have no the lock in the room, just only the safety box. What do you mean about ? It is working good. If you don’t know how to use please come and let us know. Why not?We don’t understand? We never meet something like this.

Property was in a great area on the river just outside Ancient Town are (5-10min walk). Breakfast was wonderful with made to order eggs. The staff is super friendly. Hein helped organize 2 wonderful tours. And free bikes to use to get around. Would stay again.

After a few days in Ho Chi Minh City this hotel was a wonderful break from the noise and constant motion. The room had a wonderful balcony on the river and was located on a smaller street in the old town. A quick walk along the river and you were in the middle of the action. The staff is wonderful and so helpful in answering our questions. Next time we visit we will definitely stay here again.

Loved the view from our room. Very roomy and comfortable, love that it’s along the river walk making the trek into town more peaceful and less chaotic versus the busy street! Hien was a wonderful concierge. I’d describe this hotel as comfortable, simple, relaxing. Perhaps not so friendly to those who aren’t ok with a flight or two of stairs (we did not mind). A nice option for anyone visiting Hoi An.

Highly recommend!
We only had one night in Hoi An, and would have loved to stay longer! The best people run this hotel and it’s beautifully placed right next to the river. The room had a great view, the pool was nice, and they also made good cocktails. It’s a bit of a walk to down town but it’s easy with good views along the way. Our group of three booked 2 rooms and will definitely stay on our next trip to Vietnam.

This is a gem, the location is perfect for everything in town, the staff were sooooo amazing and so friendly, I truely loved this place and would recommend to family and friends

The property does not refill bottles of water, and only offers to sell you more plastic bottled water. No eco-friendliness. However, the property itself is beautiful and close to the Old Town. I’d say here again and buy more bottled water with significant irritation.

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, but it is walkable. The reception is excellent and it was the only hotel in Vietnam that provided information about the attraction, map, rest recommendations. The room is great and big and has a beautiful view.

Amazing stay… wish we could give them 10 ⭐️ It’s the perfect place to be close to the action but also removed enough for a good nights sleep and feel like you’re really part of the neighborhood!
