I adored Windbell Villa, so much so that I am going back next year. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they arranged trips and taxis for me. Really well located about 10 mins walk to the market. Wonderful to go back to after the slightly hectic life in Hoi an. Lovely pool area with papaya trees and other tropical trees. Amaaazing!! The rooms were beautiful with natural wood floors and furniture, can’t wait to go back. Thankyou for everything

Freundliche Familie, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Aussenanlage wird sehr gepflegt. Es liegt kein Müll herum, wie im Gegensatz zu ganz Vietnam. Die Zimmer sind riesig, jedoch auch schon bisschen in due Jahre gekommen.

部屋は広くてキレイですがティッシュが一切置いてないです。電気ケトルがあったのでお湯を沸かしてコーヒーを飲もうとしましたが、開けたらケトルの中がサビだらけで洗っても落ちなかったのでやめました。朝食はサービスでついていて沢山のメニューから選べます、美味しかったです。ホテルのすぐ隣に小さなコンビニがあったので便利です。プールは寒くて入りませんでしたがキレイでした。ホテルの人にタクシーの手配などお願いすれば呼んでくれますが、英語が伝わりにくいです。スタッフにより英語で会話できる人とそうでない人がいます。ホイアンの旧市街地まで10分は歩きます、ナイトマーケットまでは徒歩15分とありましたがもっとかかりました。周辺の飲食店はだいたい22時には閉店し、ホテルまでの道も真っ暗になります。のんびり過ごしたい人にはいいと思いますがナイトマーケットなどで遅くまで遊びたい人にはやや遠いと感じました。

Cocktails by the pool.
A nice family run villa. Beautiful pool area and wonderful service. It was a little walk to get into town which wasn't great on the hot days but the cheap cocktails at the villa helped. Also there was a little bit of noise durning the day with construction next door and a neighbour who liked to play music but it was always quiet in the evenings.

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An.
We stayed here for 5 days recently. We loved the location. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and good quality. The hotel is itself is well laid out with fruit trees dotted around the grounds. The pool is well maintained and a welcome respite from the summer heat. Very obviously run by one family with up to 4 generations involved now, according to their website. The family is the heart of this wonderful little hotel. They are so friendly and helpful. Would be happy to stay again when we return to Hoi An.

Lovely little Villa, walkable to the Old Town. Staff were amazing and food cooked here was among the best we had in Vietnam. Feels like a second home staying here and we would definitely recommend a stay here. A few small things. The aircon kept cutting out and shower drain needs a bit of attention, small things in the scheme of things.

Luxuriöses Homestay
Das günstigste Zimmer Mango ist riesig, hell & hat einen schönen Holzfußboden. Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen & Kleiderbügel sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, man konnte zw. Ca. 8 Gerichten 2 auswählen, die Pancakes waren köstlich. Die Musikbeschallung von einem Nachbarhaus hat manchmal die Ruhe gestört, da sie Discolautstärke erreichte. Komischerweise aber nur tagsüber, abends War es immer leise.

Kände oss som hemma
När vi bokat en vecka via Hotels.com tog det 10 minuter innan ägaren till stället mailade och tackade för bokningen och föreslog att vi kunde ha kontakt tex via WhatsApp. Detta är väldigt skönt när man inte vet vart stället ligger , behöver transfer mm mm . Supergullig familj ägde stället och de gjorde allt för att man skulle trivas . Städning varje dag, cyklar och moppe att hyra , VÄLDIGT bra frukost och gångavstånd till stan. liten nackdel var att det va 5 km till stranden , men bor man en längre tid spelar detta ingen roll då det villigt kör dig dit för en billig peng. Ok pool utanför dörren. Skall du till Hoi An välj detta stället!

Big and spacious room with a small balcony. Always friendly and we rented bikes two days. The breakfast very simple but sort of the same we have had all over Vietnam. Please have breakfast next to windbell, turn right when you exit and then just a few meters past NGOMART. Her food was soooooo lovely. Very friendly couple even if little or no English was spoken. Somehow they managed to show us how to eat Banh Xao anyway. So lovely! The booked us a car for airport for 300 00 song. Driver sweet and drove us safely to airport.

Felt right at home here!
I really like the friendly, helpful staff. This seems to be a family operation and they work well together and keep their guests happy; for example I wanted a cup of tea in the late afternoon when the kitchen was closed but that did not stop them from making one for me. I liked they had motos for hire because the property is a bit of a walk to the ancient city and the neighborhood is dead here at night.

Rymligt familjerum och vänlig service. Personalen hjälpte till med bokningar av utflykter, taxi, transfer. Wi-fi fungerade ofta dåligt och poolvattnet kändes grumligt. Promenad in till Hoi An för att besöka restauranger.

Quiet location, lovely grounds
Nice, quiet location just outside the ancient quarter. Feels more like a hotel than a homestay, since there are so many rooms. But the family does live there, and work at running the place. Every evening the kids come out and swim in the pool. Great fun. Thanks for a nice stay.

A real holiday highlight
We were travelling with a 5 month old baby, so being in a clean, safe, friendly environment was of paramount important. And Windbell Villas exceeded all expectations. Ni and her team and so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They also serve brilliant food (the papaya salad and spring rolls are a must) and we had a lovely big, clean spacious room. It’s also a really easy, safe walk into the old town (or very short/ cheap taxi ride), so very convenient for exploring the delights of Hoi An.

Perfect Place in Hoi An
I can't tell you how much we loved this place. Away from the town center, but still close enough to bike to town when you want. They rooms were perfect, super kid friendly and the pool helped with the heat and jet lag!

Fantastic hotel for families. Clean, well presented rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and cooked breakfast were particular highlights. Nice quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from Old quarter - no problem even for our 5 year old.

Lovely stay
We stayed in 2 bedroom villa for four nights with our 3 children...was a lovely quiet friendly hotel. Only complaint was extra bed was put in for 3rd child was pretty basic bed very uncomfotable. Pool was very tranquil setting and was really enjoyable even though it wasn't that cooling! Lovely stay.

Great hotel but the service could be improved
The villas and pool were gorgeous. The hotel has the potential to be an amazing gem if the customer service improved. We had no major complaints but we were surprised at the lack of a real welcome given that our experience to date had been largely great customer service. Over our 3 nights here, we loved the villa but wish the staff put in some more effort in greeting us and offering assistance etc.

해변에서 가까운 호텔
조용하고 편안한 숙소라 가족끼리 가서 편안히 즐기면 좋을 것 같습니다. 다만 동네가 조용해서 저녁 늦게 돌아 올 때는 조심해야 할 것 같습니다. 택시를 이용하시는 것이 좋을 것 입니다. 걸어서 조금만 이동하면 시내 중심가와 연결되어 산책겸 걸으셔도 될 것입니다.

눅눅하고 벌레 많은 곳
사진에서 볼땐 수영장도 있고 초록초록 정원도 있어서 예뻤는데 현실은 눅눅하고 축축해서 벌레가 많이 나오는 곳이었어요. 개미 정말 많아요... 카운터에 여자분은 오토바이 빌려주는거나 택시잡아주는거나 이런건 잘 해줘서 고마웠지만 룸컨디션 불만에 대해서는 별 대책이 없더라구요. 아주 뽀송뽀송한 계절에 가면 어떨지 모르겠지만 저는 12월 장마시즌에 다녀와서 그런지 너무 습해서 별로였어요. 침대와 수건도 축축할 정도.... 워낙 싸니까 싼맛에 주무실수는 있지맘 굳이 추천하고싶지않네요

Hôtel confortable avec belle piscine. A 10 min à pied du centre historique, au calme sur l'île de Cam Nam. Petit déj complet à défaut d'être très raffiné. Fruits à volonté. Café inbuvable. Certaines chambres communicantes séparées par une simple porte. On entend bien les voisins...accueil un peu expeditif et prix transfert aéroport cher par rapport aux agences en ville. Great spot 10 minute walk from ancient town
This place was wonderful! We liked being outside of town a bit and enjoyed our stay here. The room we had was way nicer and bigger than expected, laundry service was speedy, and the setting is really lovely. Breakfast was average, but just fine. I would definitely stay here again!

The bedroom and toilet are so big and comfortable. There are motorbike and bicycle for me to rent.

For early birds!
Room and hotel were lovely. Had to hunt down front desk staff to check in which as easy enough. Be prepared for a very noisy rooster throughout the night, though, and don't plan on sleeping after 5:00am.

Luxurious aspect in quiet part of Hoi An
Lovely family meets all your needs including taxi trips into city. Rooms have great view to central pool area. Family roosters start crowing early

Lovely family run hotel, beautiful setting away from the crowds, very quiet but ten minute walk from the old town. The rooms were lovely, big spacious area to hang out in and lovely big beds, hot water all the time and lovely bathroom. Breakfast is also nice.

Charming Hotel
The place is quiet, the owners care for everything, bookings, food, water, cleaning. The bathroom had a rain shower and combines traditional furniture and decoration with modern style elements. Small houses are located around a small pool area with deckchairs and a suite under trees, lovely place.

great hotel.
wonderful hotel, location is about a 15 minute walk from downtown Hoi An. But very easy and cheap to rent a bike or scooter. Advice...book train tickets or airplane tickets on your own...they will take a pretty large commission.

Terrific hotel close to Hoi An
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windbell Villa. Our rom was right by the pool so it was only 10 steps between the door and a jump into the water. The room was big enough to not feel cramped (important when you stay for a month). The Internet was...OK, good enough for email, almost good enough to stream entertainment from the Web without buffering. Hoi An Town is 1.1 kilometres away, a 10-15 minute walk away, best restaurant 'Miss Ly'. I had some shorts and shirts made, my wife some dresses at BeBe1, not super cheap but reasonable. An Bhang beach is one of the best beaches in Asia and about 30 minutes away by taxi (VND100,000). We would have been happy to stay longer, if travel plans allowed.

Relaxing haven by the pool, wonderful staff
Our family had a wonderful 5 night stay in one of Windbell's villas. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the wood-furnished room and the lush pool/garden area made Windbell a relaxing home base for exploring the Hoi An region. Windbell Villas is a 10 minute walk from the historic Hoi An old town.

Gorgeous room!
Everything was great except for the food. No variety at breakfast and they served instant noodle!

i'd like to visit with my kids again.
다운타운까지 20분 정도 소요됩니다. 더운날씨에 걷기는 좀 힘들었지만 조용하게 쉴수 있어서 좋았습니다. 풀장이 있어서 아이들과 꼭 한번 다시 방문할 계획입니다.

위치가 조금 외지지만 가성비 너무 좋은 곳입니다. 구시가지까지 걸어가긴 조금 멀지만 택시불러서 다님 됩니다. 룸이 정말 좋아요

Отличный отель для спокойного отдыха
Проживали с мужем на этой замечательной вилле 5 суток.Отель находится на островной части города,в 10 минутах ходьбы от старого города.До пляжей надо ехать либо на велосипеде,либо на байке.И то и другое отель даёт в аренду за небольшие деньги (30.000 донгов и 100 тыс донгов). Расстояние до одного пляжа 4 км,до другого -2 км.Мы съездили только на дальний,вода была прохладной и остальные дни мы купались в бассейне.Наш номер- Манго(так было заявлено на сайте при бронировании)находился на первом этаже двухэтажного корпуса,имел два выхода на противоположные стороны,большую веранду,просторную ванную комнату,отделанную натуральным камнем.Очень понравилось наличие больших зеркал как в ванной,так и в самой комнате.Все необходимое в номере имелось:банные принадлежности,чайник,вода,кофе,чай,сахар,сливки,фен,сейф,тапочки.Уборка была ежедневной.Территория отеля очень уютная,зеленая и тихая.Бассейн всегда был чистым,вода в нём теплая.На завтрак предлагалось пять видов свежих соков,четыре вида фруктов,чай,кофе и два блюда из меню,которые готовили в вашем присутствии.Для малышей питание не предусмотрено.Как недостатки,отмечу:староватая сантехника,тусклое освещение( читать невозможно).Но по сравнению с плюсами,это отходит на второй план.И я с удовольствием вернусь туда ещё раз.
