"I would say its OVERVALUED, as per price they are charging.. 1. Facility wise -- Its lacking if compared to brand 'Marriott'. Other hotels which are providing rooms at 1/3rd price are similar in security/cleanliness/room size/ambience No garden... No views.. Forget about other amenities 2. Location is not great.. Although the reservation was confirmed by Hotels.Com and e mail to this effect was received by me, on reaching the houseboat, the reserved accommodation was denied to us. The houseboat owner refused to accept that the reservation made by me was for three double classic rooms even after showing the confirmation email from Hotels. Com.
