"Pool was Freezing. Elevator looked like some thing in a tennament. Only waffles and bread( (same thing) at the breakfast bar. In room fridge had so much frost you couldn’t fit anything in it."

"Room was clean. Needs update, especially hall rugs by elevators. Walls are very thin, you can hear TV and speaking in room across and next to you. Staff was very nice. Need new pillows"

"Although the room appeared clean, my grandchildren had black feet from walking on the carpet. The room felt very damp, the sheets felt damp on both beds. The AC blew cold air, but the room remained damp through out my stay. The hinges on the bathroom door were rusty, the ceiling over the shower needed to be repaired, the trim near the bathroom door needed to be repaired. The carpet appeared to be very old, needs to be replaced."

"Just got back from a 6-day stay and unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The staff was pretty rude most of the time, and we never once saw housekeeping during our entire stay. Trash was never collected and the cans in the halls were overflowing. No fresh towels, no sheet changes, and no toiletries were provided at all. The room also didn’t have a microwave or fridge, which made things pretty inconvenient. We also couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere on the property the entire time we were there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either, so getting a good night’s sleep was tough. One positive was the poolside view from our room — it was actually beautiful and looked very inviting. Unfortunately, the pool temperature felt about one degree above hypothermia, so actually enjoying it was another story. I will say the “wildlife”… or shall I say the interesting characters around the property… were definitely entertaining at times. 😅 Overall, I guess for the price you get what you get. Just sharing our experience so others know what to expect. "
