"This property (Executive Villa) should not be listed on Expedia. It is not fit to be rented. We arrived at the property to find a filthy house in serious dis-repair. The entire kitchen was filthy, not recent mess but years of baked on grease and dirt. Left over food and wrappers months old left in cupboards. "We were selling our house so needed somewhere to stay for a week during showings. This place is clearly a short term rental run by slum lords. It was FILTHY. There were mouse droppings, spider webs, dead bugs, unknown fluids on the furniture, dead mice in traps in the kitchen and the floors were so dirty my daughter's hands and feet were black from crawling on them. We left and were promised a refund because of the conditions - well it's 2 months later and Carol the "manager" is still making up...
