"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ganzaie. Francesco and Nonna Laura made us feel so welcome and taken care of, that we left feeling like we were part of the family. Received a Suditrol pass, allowed free access to local trams and public transport as well as valuable information about local activities. "The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. The only trouble is that there aren’t any shops or many restaurants nearby, the hotel kitchen wasn’t open daily. There’s only one restaurant next to the hotel and it’s great but variety would...

"Lovely spot to stay - handy to everywhere in the Dolomites. Comfortable room with a balcony, a welcome aperitivo, sauna and pool are perfect, and the spa/massages are a nice treat. Everyone was lovely - couple of times things were miscommunicated and I was left in the restaurant for 30mins one night, But other than that it was great. The restaurant across the road is a handy and a great meal! (Open till 10pm 7days)"
