"On street parking was difficult to find, but the underground car park was excellent, though expensive. The staff were lovely and the room perfect. We were concerned that one bed was a sofa bed, but it was actually one of the most comfortable beds of our trip so far. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"Wir könnten erst kurz vor Mitternacht einchecken. Trotzdem wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr groß. Positiv kein Teppich im Zimmer. Jedoch gab es auch etwas negatives. Am zweiten Tag klappte es mit dem Frühstück nicht. Das Personal hatte verschlafen und wurde von uns geweckt. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass wir zur Arbeit mussten, könnten wir nicht warten. Auf Nachrichten über Expedia oder per E-Mail wird seitens des Hotels nicht reagiert. Das bewerten wir sehr negativ...

"Very friendly staff and a clean room with AC. Only downside was I could hear everything going on from the street next to my window even though I had it closed."

"I had higher expectations for this hotel and i feel that it made me more frustrated with the experience. Not four stars - the price was pretty low which should have been a warning, everything costs extra once you arrive. One device free on wifi, second is 2 euros/day? Parking very limited and difficult to maneuver, streets are very cramped. Toilet was fixed to wall and sagged and groaned when i sat, didnt feel comfortable fully sitting Corner room, good size. Ac did not work, outdated furniture....

"Staff is and was amazing. Beautiful hotel with lots around. Unfortunately while we were staying there, the hot water wasnt working all for 2 days. Assuming it was a mechanical issue. Other than that, we plan on staying again. "
