"Dianne was the best!!! I travel with my company and 3 weeks out of the month I will be staying with Best Western because of her. My first trip there was an issue with the plumbing but, management and the maid service was so very attentive and helpful. I was upgraded and everything went smoothly the rest of the weekend.
