"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "Matutinao Beach Resort is a beautiful and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting Kawasan Falls. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls—and the staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful, which made our stay really relaxing. Dining options are a bit limited though. There were no fish dishes available during our stay, and the kitchen closes at 7 PM, which feels a little early for tourists who might come back late from...
