"The staff went above and beyond to help with any issues I had. I even wanted to buy one of their pillows, they made it happen.
The only downside was that you had to either call a taxi or ask for help calling a taxi, but there’s a concierge desk right by the front door that can help make that happen."
"the pool was closed so that was disappointing. the gym was nice but a bit smelly, could use some disinfecting regularly. the front desk upgraded our room so we really appreciate her making our stay nice. the cleaning staff was also great."
