We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Traveling in China can be challenging for foreigners, especially with restrictions on Google and many other apps. Additionally, obtaining a local SIM card was not possible for me, as Chinese telecom providers require a national ID. I was initially concerned about my Expedia reservation due to these limitations, but the front desk staff—particularly Winnie—was incredibly helpful and professional. Winnie promptly confirmed our reservation, scanned our passports, and assigned us a non-smoking room. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel’s amenities and provide helpful information about local tours and transportation options.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and eager to assist with any questions we had. The location is also very convenient—there’s a subway station right across the street, and the train station is just a short walk away (about three blocks).
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Dalian.
