"The part of the sheer that sits right above the ac/heater when covering the entire window was moldy in the folds. The bath tub drain would not stay open, so the tub filled up with dirty, soapy water from showering. This made the surface of the bathtub VERY slippery while trying to finish showering, and getting out. Just about as slippery as the tile in the bathroom/sink area when it is wet. "Great hotel"

"I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice."

"Expedia needs to update their pictures! We booked two rooms for us and our 4 young children specifically based on the pictures of the pool and the hot tub (which has been removed). The hotel is aware of the online mis-advertising but could not take responsibility. The amenities were fine, breakfast was pretty limited but good, the staff was friendly and helpful."
