"Check in process was confusing, remotes were missing in the main bedroom couldnt connect or make it work with the other remote. Air-conditioning didnt work properly for three nights after the second day they suggested a different unit because they had to confirm it wasn't working first, absolutely ridiculous. This was an experience that I will never forget a first and last never again."

"Instructions to check in was not clear and no help was provided when needed. The smoke detector was on since we arrived and no one came to help replacing the battery for the entire stay when we were there. The smoke detector was in one of the bedrooms so we can barely stay in that room."

"Location was great. Beautiful area by oaklawn and Texas de Brazil . Checking in was very convoluted and not a lot of help, instructions was a series of steps with broken links and codes that failed to open doors etc. After getting inside , considering the advertised monthly rent there is twice the average, I expected a bit more inside. I expected luxury furniture ,luxury fixtures. Our unit was 317 . Bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. Otherwise, Basic plain furniture that looked heavily used....

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"
