"Guy at the front checking us in barely spoke english and was very difficult to understand.
Shuttle service was horrible. The driver Rashid was rude and ignorant. We paid for an uber rather than use their shuttle service. "

"Room was clean. Staff was adequate. The price was perfect, until we found out that they charge for parking. Not only do they have absolutely NO parking, the only option is valet as you approach the front entry. I left my keys with the attendant who didn't share any costs with me. I checked in where the front desk associate DID NOT share any valet parking costs with me. The hotel took a $100 "security deposit" which I was told I'd get back assuming we didn't do anything that would count against...
