Good points: Excellent bedding and towels. Very comfortable sleeping. Well-cleaned room. All day multi-type coffee pot and fresh water in the lounge. Lounge area was spotless and comfortable. Outdoor area near pool was shaded and comfortable, too. Easy sign up for the airport shuttle--very efficient. Helpful staff at front desk. Much appreciated the toothbrush and toothpaste she gave me--really made the difference since my bag was stuck...

"I originally booked a double room they placed me in a single. Lobby air was terrible, very hot and stuffy.
The room phone and air didn’t work the first night of my stay. It was HOT! Maintenance was sent the next morning, and when it was “fixed” the maintenance man said “it should be a little better.” Bathrooms are TINY!
