The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby is pleasant; however, once we got to our room, I was thoroughly disappointed. The room felt very old and unclean, and overall just gave me an uncomfortable feeling. While I do want to note that the staff was great and very attentive, the condition of the room itself really took away from the stay. Additionally, the AC unit was extremely loud throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Unfortunately as is happening several times on my so far week long travels I had to switch rooms.. I had already unpacked and brought my dog and dog food up to the room and got relaxed and then I could not get the bathtub or shower to work no water.. the front desk clerk who was very kind did graciously give me the room across the hall so he transition was fairly easy but it was still time and frustration

The water pressure was EXTREMELY low and slow. The shower would not get hot. The volume of the Tv was very low even when you turned the volume all the way up. The elevator wasn’t working- had to walk my luggage down three floors. Horrible experience
