My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. For a family of four, the room (2 queen beds and a sofa bed) had almost no storage—just two small drawers, which made it hard to stay organized. There were also very few outlets or charging stations, which was frustrating with all our devices. Housekeeping was another major issue. We were told the rooms would be cleaned every two days, but the explanation was unclear. It wasn’t made clear that we had to request the cleaning ourselves, so we assumed it would happen automatically which it didn’t. Even after asking the front desk, no one came during our stay. The room also didn’t have a microwave, and we later found out that only rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have them. This was a big disappointment, especially since we were staying on the 4th floor. The pool was closed for our entire stay. We were told the city was supposed to come inspect it, but that never happened which was frustrating, especially for our kids who were looking forward to swimming. Lastly, the breakfast was a disappointment. No pancakes or waffles were offered, which are usually hotel breakfast staples and a favorite for our family. On a positive note, the location was good, and the maintenance team and staff were pretty good. We also did lose an item and they found it for us and saved it in the front. Overall it was a decent stay.
