Over all a good stay, a clean and renovated room with a confortable bed. You can hear noises from inside the room but it is affordable. Deposite required $50 and watch out for missing items because you will get charge

roaches in the room, bathroom door would not latch shut the first day, but did the second. There was pre-existing damage to a chair and the inside of the bathroom door, which we immediately photographed upon entering the room, and showed to the hotel staff on check out so our service dogs would not be blamed for it. Still waiting for the refund of the deposiit they charged. Had to wait for about 10 minutes with nobody at the desk/lobby as they were gone to check another man's room for damage before he checked out. Still don't know if I have been refunded.

The front desk manager was very cordial initial reservation. With my extended stay his attitude became unwelcome. Even though I have no concerns at this moment to return to this area in the future but if so I use Comfort Suites or other hotels instead..
