I couldn’t wait to stay at this hotel because I love the dining room room bar. It has really good food. Haven’t been there in a year and I only ever gone there for dinner never stayed overnight. Here’s my review not so great. The rooms were tiny and the kitchen closed Two hours before they said they were supposed to while there was a Dallas football game on on a Sunday night and the staff was rude about it extremely rude. We asked how late the dining room was open. They said 11 when we got to the dining room at 9:15 they said they were open for 15 more minutes and we couldn’t order any decent food platters it just had to be Easy food like a sandwich or soup no steak came all the way to Texas and couldn’t get a steak and it took 20 minutes for the girl to serve my husband one beer from the tap and she left my drink sitting on the counter for quite a while. I watched report it into a different cup and serve it to me strange the young folks of today have no idea what top service is for a top rated hotel? The only good part was they let us stay an extra hour because our plane was leaving much later than check out. Shuttle guys were great, super nice and friendly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall great place to stay.
