The Culvert is a lovely, peaceful resort on the coast with great views out over the bay. It is clean and well looked after and the staff are very friendly and kind. Overall very good stay at a bargain price. All services available and the executive suites were very nice and spacious. The only issue was a persistent bad odour from the bathroom. The hotel is in good location for Kuching with great views over the river. I would certainly stay there again when I go back to Kuching. They also had a good range of tours for those wanting to explore beyond Kuching which seemed well priced against the local tour companies.

Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food.
