"The staff was wonderful"

"This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator. AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying."

"The hotel was very pricey and breakfast wasn’t included in the price. For the cost of the room it should have been included."

"Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Toilets leaking and falling off the walls, shower heads as well. Pool completely closed off. This hotel is a total dump."

No protein. No alternative milk product - like oat or almond milk. Great coffee. The price was right for a stopover on the way home."

"Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. "I had a question prior to arrival and called the hotel. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional! I’ve stayed here before and will definitely do so in the future!"

"Stayed here before so was not expecting to have negative experience, however this stay was different. Upon arrival I was added to the wrong room type. My key cards constantly stopped working each day leaving and my room was not cleaned even upon asking staff and a housekeeper. Customer service was also not great upon voicing concerns staff made me feel like they had no knowledge of what went wrong no accountability and made me feel like it was something i did wrong. Won't return"

"To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues"

"This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!"
