"Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was clean, breakfast was a good value and well done. Only downside is area seems to be going through a lot of renovations and many surrounding businesses are getting demolished but the hotel was great with plenty of parking."

"The Cottage is beautiful and private, just what we needed. The entire property at Grafton is beautiful and welcoming. From the fire pit to the breakfast room. The owners are sweet and very friendly and the breakfast is superb! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again."
