"No hot tub! It has been filled with concrete. The pool room is so loud and echoes really bad! They allow British swim school to give swimming lessons in the pool so when they are there you can only use a small portion of it and it feels like you are very inconvenient. The hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to get warm on multiple occasions. The door handle to get in our room barely worked and we had trouble getting in every time. The automatic opener on the rear entrance door stopped working so we had to pry it open with our hands when we came in. Our room was pretty nice but that’s about it. We wouldn’t stay again. "

"Wonderful location for the Biltmore. The town was easy to navigate and pretty. Our room was very clean. The breakfast area was tidy and food good. Sit around the pool during the day it was quite lovely. Would stay again."

"Airport shuttle does not start until 5am so if yo have a very early flight - you may need to uber. This was not made aware until arrival. Upon arrivcal went to use bathroom in my room and there was a puddle of water on the floor. Went back down and told them about it - I was told they are fully boked and cannot move me.When I went back up the Maint. person was ther and confirmedit was coming from the seal of the toilet. I was told that he does not have any caulking to fix it and their solution was a towel on the floor and asking me If i am going to use the bathroom.. WOW!"

"My son and I stayed here for work and chose this hotel based on its strong ratings, which unfortunately did not match our experience. Check-in wasn’t until 3:00 PM, which I understand. When we returned, staff were training at the front desk. That’s fine, but we were assigned the wrong room. I specifically asked for a room on the back side away from road noise and was told that’s what I had. Instead, we were given a key to the wrong room and just decided to stay in the room we were assigned. After a long day, we settled in to rest, only to be repeatedly disturbed by people trying to enter the room. This happened multiple times. The knocking became aggressive enough that I felt forced to open the door, despite having just been woken up and not being fully dressed. That’s not a situation any guest should be put in. Shortly after, the manager and trainee knocked and said no one should be in the room—despite the fact they had just checked me in. It turned out I was placed in the wrong room. The biggest issue was the lack of follow-up by the manager who exclaimed how they would “make things right,” but no one ever came back, and nothing was done. The room we ended up in was noisy with traffic and semi trucks throughout the night. Breakfast was also disappointing-waffle mix was empty and strangely colored. For nearly $100, this was one of the more frustrating stays I’ve had. I would reconsider this review if management makes an effort to resolve this."
