We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise. The staff were wonderful especially standing out was front staff SUONG, her smile and was most helpful with all our questions with her English. Also, our doorman, Phuong who helped is with our luggage as well as his smile met us every time we returned to the hotel. They were always helpful with a smile. "
