Couldn't see the 'dancers', but an unusual building

did not go inside but apparently at the top is a bar with great views over the bridge, however you cant just go up to take photos, you must buy a drink!

Walked past it, very interesting the site was bombed out in WWII and plot remained empty for many years.

Really Good views but as it’s a little away from the Old town the views are better during the day as opposed to night time
