"The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Most of the guests live there as residents and hang out outside in front. Most of them are retired or near retired age. I found the residents to be polite and respectful during the quiet hours early in the morning and in the evening after 8pm. "The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. "Old fashioned motel but clean. TV reception was poor. Convenient location. Take your own shampoo and soap. Smallest bars of soap I ever saw and the shampoo is the size of a ketchup packet."
