"Friendly staff. Nice clean room"

"The level of service was amazing. The hotel room’s sink would not drain and they changed our room right away. Frank from front desk was very courteous, and texted throughout the stay. Breakfast staff kept area clean and well stocked. Bottled water available on request was very helpful. We had a late checked out, and forgot a few hanging items. Called later that evening they located them and we were able to retrieve them. This hotel and its staff gave excellent service. Not often found these...

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location in the Historic District is super convenient for walking to restaurants and attractions. The kids enjoyed the pool, though the water was a bit cold. Rooms were clean and comfortable. "
