"Rooms need some TLC they are worn out. I didn't have anyone come to clean my room. First day I had put the sign do not disturb, the second day I did not. Not sure what happened there. Partial beach view was nice. Never had the breakfast but seemed like bagels and pancakes, cereal and fruit. Coffee/tea was nice to have. "

"I booked the room for, as I thought, a quiet place to stay outside of the city of Charleston. Shem Creek happened to be the most sought after place in the area. Thankfully, we always found the last reserved hotel parking spot every evening. Plenty of good restaurants, walking opportunities and quick drive to beaches; 10/10 on location. The hotel itself was fine. The outside patio was clean but the inside and rooms only would get a 5/10 on cleanliness. No housekeeping so took care of towels and...

"Overall, wonderful stay. The pool and Little Palm was great! The rooms were cute and the coffee shop was convenient. However, our room was a Premier King and, for the amount we paid, we had no view (completely covered by bush and gate, felt a bit jailish), the room was incredibly loud as it backed up to the restaurant, and the staff wasn’t as friendly as expected. We had a nice time all in all, but the ROI was lacking. "

"It was the perfect location to hop on a 7:15 am flight home. Front desk was friendly and helpful and accommodating with a couple of baseball teams staying in same hotel. Shuttle was right on time and great service."

"Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Our issue was the noise from other guests due to thin walls. There was a guest above us that walked his dog on and off all night. So lots of footsteps and banging of doors. Literally kept us up all night. Our advice is to get a room on the 2nd floor. "
