"clean,nice person"

"The Mahoning Inn has you sign a form stating that you will not smoke in the room or $150 fee will be charged, which is fine because we don’t smoke but the room they gave us smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I refused the room due to the heavy cigarette smell and they gave me a different room that did not have a cigarette odor, but still had a very musty smell. The bathroom is extremely outdated and shabby looking. There were several thick long dark hairs on the inside of the shower curtain,...

"Good property, clean public areas. Rooms are clean and spacious (reserved a 2 queen suite which has a separate living room area). Everything you'd expect from a HI Express. Only problem I had which really wasn't that much of an issue was the low water pressure for the shower."

"Our room was clean, and stocked with quality coffee pods, a variety of shower supplies, and very comfortable bed. Casino was lively, A lot of fun gaming and restaurant choices. We ate at Urban Table before which did NOT disappoint. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the crab cake sandwich with a side od slaw. We later went to the Alice Cooper concert which was so much fun. Entry into the event center went smoothly because of the well trained security staff. Can't wait to go back again!"

"Great location right in the downtown and walking distance from anywhere"

The bathroom, with double sinks, great shower and bathrobes, were a huge plus. Jim Thorpe is a great little town. The biggest complaint I hear is the lack of parking. No problem, when staying at the Y, off-street parking is provided! The Y on Broadway is centrally located and walkable to just about everything Jim...

"The only thing I missed was an overhead light in the room. Only 3 table lamps were around the room but they weren't as bright as an overhead light. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again."

"Nice and clean"

"Everything was good"

"Estaba muy limpio, el desayuno muy bueno."

"Showers are weird. Water everywhere on slippery floor."

"If you’re going to Dorney Park like my family did this is a great place to stay at. The pool was nice and is open till 10pm. There’s a cafe/bar in the lobby that seemed to have a good amount of people enjoying themselves. Although we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast buffet kids eat free and if you add it to your stay through Expedia it’s only $5 an adult. If you pay there it’s $12.99 so plan ahead especially if you’re staying a couple days that could be a good way for a bigger family to...
