"Nice but basic hotel. No proper lock on the door, which I did not like, as a lone female traveller it meant a barely slept. The reception on 7th floor is very nice, the ground floor lobby is not. I was pleased it was only for one night. I would have had to have gone elsewhere if it was for a longer trip."

"This hotel is in a great location right outside Copenhagen Central station. They offered online check-out so you don't have to queue at reception on your way out. You could order amenities (cutlery, extra towels etc) for your room on an app. If you opt out of daily housekeeping, you get a free drink per guest for each day you skip housekeeping, which we didn't redeem but we thought it was a nice touch. "Breakfast was good, with good quality, although same everyday. The bar had plenty of options to drink, open 24 hours, but limited snack options, and no tv. The main issue was the room, no ac, just a fan on the ceiling, and the carpet in the hallway was smelly. The bathroom has a revolving door that kept opening, with no lock. And TV had no channels, you could only castplay from you phone or tablet on it."

It is also next to the delightful Torvehallern city food market, with stalls offering wonderful fresh ingredients and prepared foods, as well as cafes. "We really had a fantastic experience here. The location is perfect for all of the restaurant choices we made as well as the canal cruise we booked. We also appreciate shaving bike rentals onsite and the option to do just a few hours vs paying for a whole day. The hotel decor is quirky and fun. The staff made us feel welcome and it was notable they were flexible with our needs. We would stay here again for certain!"
