"The property was very nicely loaded in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The view of the apartment was great. Size of the apartment is good. However the check-in instruction was terrible. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...

"Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Vermieter per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass wir frühzeitig anreisen würden, und um eine Schlüsselübergabe gebeten. Trotz dieser vorherigen Absprache war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. Selbst nach zahlreichen Anrufversuchen erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Wir haben daraufhin Expedia eingeschaltet, deren Mitarbeiter...

"Logement très bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied d'à peu près tout. A 2min à pied des transports en commun, avec un petit restaurant très sympa juste devant la porte au cas où. Le logement est propre et très convenable pour un séjour plus ou moins long. L'hôte est très gentil et poli par message. 2 petits soucis: - En communiquant avec l'hôte, il nous a demandé notre horaire d'arrivée. Nous pensions que c'était pour que le logement soit prêt à notre arrivée, mais en fait pas du tout car...

"The room itself was nice. However being in the basement we did notice a damp like smell in the main corridors. However, the major downside was the significant construction works taking part immediately outside the property. The workers started at 7:15am which meant our stay started with 2 very tired young children who were woken early after a long day of travelling. The workmen stopped at 6pm so it depends on how much time you spend in the property during the day as to how disruptive the noise...
