Room was good and clean. The bathroom needs repair to the baseboards. Looks like water damage and was the same for the room we had before. Perfect setup for us as we had a dog and they were able to put us on the end of the first floor for easy access. Service was very nice and helpful. Lobby was clean and good free breakfast. We did need feather free pillows but they brought us the wrong ones so that was a bit of inconvenience because we are allergic to down. Overall good stay and will stay there again when we visit my parents. We’ve stayed twice.

Room was clean, bed was super comfy, and temp in room was easily adjusted. I did not give 5 stars due to noise. The door of bathroom and door on rooms were all old/so loud and we could hear others talking and coming in and going even though we werent around common areas .....but otherwise fantastic stay!

Excellent hotel and stay

We stayed here because we were visiting for a celebration in Georgetown and have stayed at this location before. The hotel is very clean and affordable. Our suite had everything you could possibly need and everything was in working order. We will definitely stay here again when in the area

My family and I traveled to Danville Illinois for my Son’s wedding. Overall we were very pleased with our rooms and the amenities Townplace Suites had to offer. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices to choose from. The only thing we didn’t care for which is not the fault of the hotel are the two marijuana dispensaries nearby. It would have been better if there were restaurants nearby instead.

Excellent comfort and friendly staff.

I entered my roo #220, to find a sweet note from the housekeeper. (I can't remember her name.) Everything was so clean, and breakfast was a great mix of healthy and treat choices. Also, the walk in shower was wonderful. I will definitely return to this hotel. On only one night the people in the room above me were loud. Every other night was peaceful and quiet.

Nice clean, hotel, friendly staff. A nice breakfast was included. Their pool was not available either day, which was really disappointing after a long drive. We come to area regularly so will give them another try!

The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. rooms were maintained and clean only issue I had was the room smoke detector decided to go of several times when the steam came out from after a shower that shouldnt do that but made a call and let them know to check on it

The staff were all nice. The breakfast stayed stocked and hot. The pool was a nice cool temperature. The only real disappointment was the fact that the housekeeping forgot to clean the mirror, vaccuum the floor, and there was food leftover in the fridge from the last guest.

Mostly good

As a general rule, I have good things to say about this hotel. However, it seems consistency in cleanliness and service is lacking. My room was fine and quite comfortable. Breakfast was great one day, and adequate another day. But the common areas of the hotel were not as clean. (garbage left on the back stairs for 2 days). Carpets not vacuumed. I also did not recieve one smile from any employees that I encountered. At the time of my stay the hotel parking lot was packed, so I get it, that everyone probably had a full plate of duties to attend to. But, service is part of the reason you stay at a hotel, so I hope to have a friendlier experience next time.

It was I few miner things that could be improved. The tussie rake was broken, the walls was a little dirty looks like someone had wasted something on them. And if we need a small vacuum we can get to it to keep the carpet clean. And thing else me and the kids had a great time there and will be coming back. Thank you
