"House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap."

"Chose this place due to its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. We stayed for just one night before our flight out. With 2 adults and 2 kids our room was big, but could have used a little more TLC. Half the light switches don't work, the shower didn't work, had to use the shower wand which was not mounted so we had to wedge it in place just to hold it up, the beds were hard (as all beds in Morocco).
