"5/5. An excellent stay next to Jemaa el-Fna Square, perfectly located for exploring the souks. Although the sign was a little hard to spot, the riad itself was easy to find and much more accessible than others I encountered. Getting in and out was straightforward, even during the rain. The service was exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and happy to assist with everything. The entire property was extremely clean. My room was smaller than at my previous riad, but cozy and comfortable for one or two people. The bathroom was compact, with a great shower, a toilet that worked perfectly, and a useful handheld bidet sprayer. One unexpected highlight was the bathroom’s fragrance diffuser: it smelled spectacular and made both the bathroom and bedroom smell wonderful. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortably cold. I also appreciated the modern keycard access alongside the riad’s traditional character. Breakfast was excellent. Allow a little extra time, as there was only one waiter during my stay, but he was very pleasant and welcoming. Excellent hospitality, spotless surroundings, and a convenient location. I would absolutely recommend staying here."

"4/5. A very comfortable, quiet stay in the heart of Marrakech, right within the souks. Despite the central location, noise wasn’t an issue. The room is small but cozy and well suited to one or two people. The bathroom was clean, with an excellent shower, reliable hot water, and a toilet that worked perfectly. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was really good. The only reason I wouldn’t give it five stars is the air conditioning. Even at the lowest temperature and maximum fan setting, it didn’t cool the room adequately—and this was in October, when it wasn’t particularly hot. The filters looked dirty and poorly maintained, and the issue wasn’t effectively addressed when I raised it. I tend to sleep hot, so this made sleeping somewhat difficult. It may matter less to other guests, but it affected my comfort. Apart from that, everything else was great."

"This was one of the best stays I've ever had anywhere. This may not be the case for others, but I absolutely loved the riad, the location, the quietness, and especially the staff. Yunis was super nice, Abduu was really cool (I hope your dreams come true, keep trying!), and Kinza was ridiculously amazing (as was the mystery lady who made our breakfast). The bedroom was nice, the bed was comfortable, the AC was great, the separate bathroom was big, and the common area was very peaceful. Breakfast was furnished, and was quite the spread! In addition, our pickup from the train station and our ride to the airport were both completely set up for us and punctual, and our laundry was done for us. If you're looking for a very laid back & quiet place to stay, like a bed & breakfast, this is your place. I would highly recommend Riad Imndi, and I would love to come back."

"Off a back street looking very rough outside was this gem. Despite the building exterior looking rough (but a lovely door) it is near to the main Square. (7 min walk). Inside was a luxurious modernised Riad; serene, tranquil and peaceful. Beautiful decor and tiling. The rooms are lovely and rhe beds soft and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent. We had a small problem with someone before spilling perfume on the furnishings and a strong smell caused us a sleepless night. The staff immediately moved us on request and the staff were always 10/10 for service and kindness. I asked to take my coffee to my room. The response "of course this is your home" said it all. After a day in the city if you want to return to peaceful luxery with kind people then Door Janna is 100% recommended. We will return"
