"Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations. "

"Perfect hotel to stay in Marrakech.This Magical Place is located in the centre of Medina just few minutes walk from the Jemaa El-Fnaa and in walking distance from other places.There are two great restaurants in the hotel serving perfect food and drinks,also the breakfast was good.The rooms are nice,clean and well equipped.And the hotel staff, they are just exceptional.Always helpful doing everything to make you feel welcome ,happy and more than satisfied with your stay.Definitely recommended."

Unser Zimmer lag zum Hinterhof und hatte keine schöne Aussicht und die Tür zum "Balkon" war defekt und konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Zudem waren an 3 von 6 Nächten das Personal ab 4Uhr im Hinterhof und haben Glasflaschen transportiert/sortiert und das für rund 30-40 Minuten. Hier hat sich auch trotz "Beschwerde" nichts geändert.
