Rooms were decent and comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated though and need some updates. Mine had 3 beds (2 twin) and 1 Queen sized. So it worked great for a family of 4. Staff was ready to help as needed. The resort is big, the pictures do not do justice, but it is big. There are no separate restaurants as you would see in other all-inclusives, but there is a main dining area for all 3 meals. These guys do try to make everyone as comfortable as possible. That said, there were a few policies which were a little unusual for me. My flight arrived in Marrakech early in the morning, and I reached hotel by 8AM (only decent option that I had from US west coast). They do specify that the room will not be available till 3PM. Unusual part was that to have breakfast/lunch till 3PM, you have to pay extra, even though you would be eating at their buffets. Usually all-inclusive resort guys just let you be part of breakfast/lunch buffets without charging extra, but here you pay extra. Food is served in a large dining area with the whole buffet there. They do not allow you to take you any food out! It kept raining during my stay in Dec, and kids did not want to come out of room. We took excursions before breakfast opens, but could not take any food from restaurant. They dont even allow half used 1.5Lt water bottles to be taken out. Wifi was slow and patchy. Some areas had better coverage. Hotel is outside Marrakech and is good 20-30min drive, so keep in mind while booking excursions.

I stayed for 10 nights from christmas eve to new year's eve. Attend both the eve's parties. Christmas eve was much better than New years eve. The live orchestra on christmas eve was awesome than the new year's eve. Part of it I believe is due to the audio mixer equipment used by the band on christmas was much better i assume. The reason I gave 4 star but not 5 star is because of the room size and facilities. The room's are all same sizes, they just add more sofa beds if you are 4. There was no means to add connected rooms for 4 people if you like to upgrade from expedia. You need to add a person to get that option and it gets very expensive then. The room wardrobes are too less for 4 people. And they are not well made. No drawers to keep your things on the desk or the side tables. So everything is out there unorganised in the room. They don't provide Iron box for whatever reasons. The shower & toilets are old , toilet is separate but no wash basin in the toilet, so have to go to the bath to wash your hands. Shower cubicle is tight for an adult and the shower mixer is not great , they are old and inconsistent in the hot water.sometimes cold and sometimes too hot. Location of the resort is quite far from Madina 30min, so ended up spending quite a lot on taxi's everyday. The taxi's charge 150d for old town and 200 for new town. Food is good and has many options but in few days you will start missing the spices, being British I am used to indian/Thai spices once in a while

Looks was good food was great. The staff can be a little abrupt and unhelpful at Reception especially during check-in otherwise a good all-round resort needs to consider adding daily water supply in the room and also may be room service.

We stayed at Aqua Mirage with children and overall had a good experience, though there are some clear areas that need improvement. The positives: Most of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The water slides are excellent and the heated pools were a real highlight, especially in cooler weather. The New Year’s Eve dinner was exceptional — by far the best food we had during the stay and very well organised. The negatives: One unpleasant incident involved a pool attendant attempting to blame me for a torn pool towel. The towel provided was very old and already worn, and it was clearly not damaged by us. There appears to be an issue here, as a towel deposit of around £10 is taken, which makes this feel like a potential scam rather than an isolated misunderstanding. The shower facilities are tired and in need of renovation. Additionally, while the food was generally acceptable, the daily menu lacked variety and became repetitive over the course of the stay. Overall: A good resort for families, particularly for the pools and slides, but management should address the towel deposit issue, refresh the bathrooms, and improve menu variety to match the otherwise strong offering.

The pools needed to be heated to a slightly higher temperature. The showers next to the pool should have had hot water turned on as the the rooms are quite far away and you get very cold in the way back. Pool towels had to be kept for two days before exchanging and with no way to dry them, they were very damp and horrible. Reception staff were hit and miss and they tried to charge me because I waited in the lobby after 3pm for our taxi to airport. Food was ok and lots of options. Free shuttle to city was only available at 12.30 with return at 11.30pm!

J'y avais sejourné il y a 7 ans et mon sejour avait été super mais la l'hôtel se dégrade. Lorsque vous prenez une douche c'est l'alternance entre le bouillant et le froid, le personnel n'est pas très agréable (il y a des execption bien sur !). N'allez surtout pas aux toilettes du restaurant car on voit a travers les portes vitrés !!! Il a plu tous les jours de notre sejour et les allées étaient inondées. La nourriture froide la plupart du temps heureusement il y a un micro onde et tres repetitive. Le menu de Noël n'avait rien de spécial. Bref je n'irai plus

The stay got off to a poor start. Despite a 3:00 p.m. check-in time, reception refused to begin even at 2:55. At exactly 3:00, a large tour bus arrived, and with only one staff member checking guests in, the process dragged on until after 4:00. The food was extremely bland — even basic seasoning like salt seemed absent. Rooms were very dated, with multiple issues including faulty air conditioning, ventilation and doors that wouldn’t close properly. A technician had to force the door frame just to get it shut. Several guests experienced similar problems, some late into the night. Sound insulation was virtually nonexistent; corridor noise and footsteps were clearly audible, making it hard to rest.

Greasy food that is simultaneously flavourless and often uncooked potatoes. The breakfasts are weirdly so much worse than other meals. So much of the food looks nice, but is then flavourless. I understand they are catering to a mass market and don’t want to offend many tastes, but it ends up being bland and sad. A single meal in Marrakech will taste divine in comparison. The seats are also quite worn. It was raining on our last day and the roof was pouring water onto the tiles. The adults only area is so much nicer and more peaceful than the main dining section. The staff really are very welcoming and do their best. The rules around in the resort are unnecessarily oppressive. From a weird process to get a towel (you have to pay a deposit at reception to then get a slip, to then give to another building etc - in cash). You won’t be allowed two drinks after 11. You must have plastic cups. There are lots of signs around saying “it is strictly forbidden to take food out of the restaurant”. Again, quite oppressive. The hotel is very well kept - the grounds and birds are lovely. Staff were maintaining the grass and trees most days we were there. Even the cats seem well fed. Waking up to the birds was very nice. There are lots of stains on bedsheets as well as pool towels. We didn’t have pillow cases one day and had to go find staff. And there was no shampoo. Staff were quick to get these sorted. 2. Amal, Abdel and Hassan in the food hall are brilliant. Such nice people.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived and they had to change our room. Despite this when we walked in the cleaners were still cleaning the room. We came slightly early and I had a 7 month old that had done a poo, they instructed us that the baby changing room was in the restaurant but we were barred from going, even if supervised. Instead we had to change the baby in the pram, the staff showed no humanity. Furthermore, we rented towels for nearly £15 each. They don’t tell us that the towels had to be returned at a particular time. When we went to reception they refused to do this, even though the towel deposit was less than 50 yards away and they were all in house services. Basically it’s a scam to con you out of money for a towel that costs no more than £5 at most.

The pools and the aqua park are the best part of this resort plus the activities such as tennis, aqua Zumba. The grounds itself are not well maintained with some things broken like our shower door not closing properly or broken tiles throughout some of the walking paths. Check-in is very timely with no decent system, queues and other guests pushing in and the staff still deal with their query. Once checked in you then have to queue again for cashier if you want to hire a towel or check in early. You cannot do this at the same desk and with the same person. The food is repeated most nights, with poor quality meat. The breakfast is the best meal. But they don’t have milk next to hot water machine for when you have tea unless you have warm milk. You need to get cold milk from where cereals are. You can only have wine with meals if you want spirits or cocktails you need to go to the bar outside. A few improvements and this could be great!

Perfect place near Marrakesh just away from hassle and bustle of city. Everything was included and kids enjoyed water park although it was a bit cool. Food was excellent with huge variety. Will go again if the price would be reseanable
