"This property is in a terrible condition, I felt like I was going to fall through the floor boards in the hall, there is a wet musky smell in the whole building. We requested a spa bath but it didn’t work and there is rotting wood in the bathroom. The free breakfast doesn’t start until 8am which too late. I know this is cheap accommodation but I’m not sure this place should still be operating in it’s current condition. "

"The property was very comfortable & welcoming for 3 adults, a child & a small dog. It was lovely to have milk & juice left in the fridge to welcome us. The beds & furniture were comfortable, however, on entering the lounge, the fabric lounge furniture & carpet smelled extremely musty & caused the child's asthma to worsen. "Boutique refers to the fine character of this heritage feel hotel. Cute rooms with personality. The lavender gardens and cobble stone surrounds set the tone for old world European style breakfast well worth the small price. Will be staying here again."

"Property was very good clean and comfortable could not fault it.Some guest r very noisy no respect for others.Street noise is loud until the early hours not much fun for light sleepers like me."

"When we arrived, my husband commented to the proprietor that there was noise coming from the house and could we be moved to one of the 2 units unoccupied next door. He gruffly said...." it is a house you know..." He added that both the rooms next door hadn't been cleaned but we could see through the glass door that they were! Not impressed with the PR!"
