"No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. "The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a huge convention hotel very conveniently located to many sights. The hotel and rooms are well air conditioned and comfortable. Try to get a room above floor 2 and avoid the rooms near the elevator and ice machine. The breakfast is large, expensive and not good at all. "The room was very heavily perfumed, but clean. Not a lot of room to walk with our traveling suitcases. We did upgrade, so not sure how small the non upgrade room was. Would have enjoyed the windows opening more than an inch with the heat wave and only a preset fan going, no a/c is understandable but being able to open the windows overnight could have cooled the room a bit.
