Very lovely hotel in a good location. Room was clean and really nice and breakfast offered a variety of choice. Staff although little English spoken were very friendly and helpful.

Fresh reception area

Overnight stay. Basic room with access to courtyard. No water in room or fridge. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Staff were accommodating. Easy parking. Sweet boutique hotel.

For sleeping okay

I didn't sleep in Hotel Brescia. Venere.com says that there were 4 free rooms. But when I arrived 2 hours after booking the receptionist says that he was very sorry, but they had problems with Expedia and no free room in the hotel. The staff was very kind. I got a room in another hotel "Bassini" in the same street about 200 m away. I had a bed for sleeping and a shower and a breakfast and it was okay. But I haven't got what I have booked. Both hotels had 3 stars but there are big differences in quality. Free Wi-Fi I couldn't use because the password wasn't available.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una sola notte (eravamo di passaggio) e questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa: edificio di qualche decennio fa, ma perfettamente rinnovato e dotato di tutti i servizi. Stanza pulita e comoda. Hanno mantenuto elementi di arredo vintage che personalmente apprezzo tantissimo.

Voici la traduction en français : ⸻ L’hôtel paraît agréable de l’extérieur, mais les chambres sont mal isolées et l’on entend fortement le bruit de la route (pas de fenêtres à double vitrage). La réception à notre arrivée était très mal organisée ; nous n’avons même pas reçu d’informations claires sur le prix du petit-déjeuner, qui coûte en réalité le double par personne s’il est acheté sur place, par rapport à une réservation incluant le petit-déjeuner (c’est la première fois que nous rencontrons ce cas). Le personnel était froid et peu serviable. Un soir, nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver une place de parking car le garage était bloqué par une grosse voiture, et la personne à la réception nous a simplement proposé de nous garer dans la rue. Dans l’ensemble, ce n’était pas l’expérience que nous attendions.

Ihana idyllinen perhehotelli

Erittäin ihana ja tunnelmallinen hotelli, jossa oli todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tunnelma henkii vanhaa aikaa hyvällä tavalla. Maisemat ovat loistavat. Hotellista saa myös vuokrattua maastopyöriä, jotka olivat todella laadukkaita. Lähistöltä löytyy paljon pyöräreittejä, helppoja ja vaikeita. Sähköpyörillä oli myös kiva kiivetä teitä pitkin läheisille vuorille.

DANNO + BEFFA = NESSUN AIUTO

Esperienza da dimenticare. Pagato regolarmente la stessa camera due volte con carta di credito per sbaglio prima della mezzanotte per sbaglio tramite il sito hotels.com. Prenotazione regolarmente accettata da sito. Siamo arrivati in hotel prima della mezzanotte , abbiamo suonato e chiamato invano al telefono. Ho dormito in macchina con mia moglie e mia figlia piccola. Al mattino ho chiamato l'hotel. I proprietari oltre ad essere prepotenti non disponibili non hanno fatto nulla per leviare il disagio ed il danno subito. Ho solo raccontato i fatti e lascio a chi legge la possibilità di giudicare questi soggetti.
